Fresh Music for Rotten Vegetables — Filmwinter Stuttgart

By Karl Heinz Jeron • 17 Jan 2014

If fruit and vegetables don’t look impeccable they are sorted out from the ones that get sold. But they’re just good enough for us! We’ll build sound generators operated with the electricity created through the chemical reaction. This happens for instance when we are sticking two metal electrodes into a potato. According to its state sound, tone and volume varies. In this way we’ll produce an improvised unpredictable musical piece which we will bring to life at the end of the workshop.
