Aphrodite Extended

The work deals with the appropriation of artifacts and their social role. A sculpture of Aphrodite from a tourist shop was used as a model for a concrete casting. Alongside, self-developed electronics were incorporated to make the later concrete sculpture emit sound. For this purpose, it is sufficient to connect two wires to a fruit and connect the battery clip to a standard 9V battery.
